They were amazing with updates and very reasonably priced. They weren't sure which of 3 solutions could get my car running because it had several issues. The first try that was recommended to us didn't work, but their second solution did. They ended up removing the charge for the first try making the work much cheaper than anywhere else.

I found Gaynor's through the Costco Auto Discount Program. My 2018 Subaru Forester was vibrating/shaking violently on the freeway and I took it in to Gaynor's for help to fix the issue. They were able to identify the problem, explain it to me and included a very handy link via text and email that broke down in full detail (with video! and easy to understand video diagrams!) everything and how it works. As a woman who also knows nothing about cars, this was the first place that I have taken my car to where I felt like I was being treated respectfully and sincerely! They resolved the issue with my lower control arm bushing and wheel bearing within 24 hrs. I felt like it was very reasonably priced for the turnaround and excellent attention to customer service and detail. Thank you all for making my car safe for the road again for myself and my daughter!

I took my vehicle into Gaynors every time for there great customer service and my favorite is the overnight drop off. They will fit me in and get it done in a timely matter as requested. This time I came to get my car MIKE helped me out with everything and he was great and understanding and very knowledgeable about recommendations.

Employees were super nice and helpful, I don't know jack about cars but everything was explained in a manner that made legit sense without being condescending. Were super fast about getting my car back to being safely drivable. All the work done and explained matched the diagnostics I had done elsewhere, which leads me to trust that they were *not* trying to upcharge and scam me. 5stars

Honestly this is probably one of the best autoshop experiences I've ever had. Drove across country (GA --->WA) and stopped for an oil change & to see if any other repairs were needed. Nothing wrong and the staff has been a great help! I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of and the pricing was fair. They're almost done with my car but I really wanted to comment about how friendly and communitive everyone is here. There's been at least 7 people come in since I've been here and the front desk people have made sure the customers are fully heard/concerns addressed, looked at the cars for free, and explaining why they're having the issues they are and how to go about it without the customer saying anything. It made me extremely happy to see the shop run like this. They greeted me when I came in even though there were people ahead of me and kept me well informed of everything. Absolutely will be coming back for any changes or repairs!!
